Avocado Toast with Roasted Seeds

Toasted marinated seeds 

Takes about 15 mins

Ingredients:

100 gr pumpkin seeds

100 gr sunflower seeds

40 gr pine nuts

100 ml soy sauce

 

Method:
Combine the seeds in medium dry saucepan over medium heat (no oil ) and cook by moving them back and forth and toss to evenly toast them through, until they've turned mostly golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add marinade. Stir the seeds to ensure they are fully coated.
Spread the seeds in single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let cool completely and then store in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks.

 

Avocado Toast with Roasted Seeds

Serves for 4

Ingredients:

4 slices Multigrain Bread

¼ tsp salt

2 ripe avocados

2 tbsp olive oil

A handful of toasted seeds

Method:

Toast bread. Peel, pit and halve avocados; place flesh in bowl, then smash with a fork.

Spread avocado onto toast. Sprinkle with salt and toasted seeds, then drizzle with oil.

Ready to serve!
