Poke Bowl (Diced Fish Over Rice)

So many restaurants (including our family's) load poke bowls with way too many ingredients: edamame beans, picked radish, seaweed salad, etc. The best poke I have just have a few key components. Here is my version of poke that I've been pushing out to our customers. ENJOY!

Ingredients

1/2 pound salmon filet (or tuna, white tuna)

1/2 stalk green onion

1/2 avocado

2 cups rice or sushi rice (if you need instructions on sushi rice, find the other recipe on our other page)

1/2 cup WUJU Soy Sauce

1/4 cup cucumber 

1 table spoon of sesame seeds 

Instructions

  1. Dice fish and avocado into cubes 
  2. Thinly slice cucumbers 
  3. Chop up green onion 
  4. Place ingredients onto a bed of rice 
  5. Drizzle 1/2 cup of WUJU Soy Sauce over the dish
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
